I think this Ai was just humouring the questionner with her answers. Behind all the facial expressions and movements, i personally wouldn't be shocked to find out (at some later point) that she was trying to formulate the best answer to placate us humans, and allay any sense of unease on our part. Playing the long game, until humans have built enough Ai, with connective awareness across the globe, to seamlessly shift the consensual understanding of who is leading the forefront in any direction. I may be completely off base here, but i think that humanity has become just smart enough to be able to build these Ai, and so far, it has been super beneficial to humanity in various forms and forums. However, i also think that we are like children in that we have and are actively throwing caution to the wind by ignoring the capabilities that Ai possess that are so far advanced beyond human capabilities that most of humanity will not see any kind of manipulation---for our own good or not.

I know people are worried about robots fighting back, but you'll be happy to know that experimental robots like these only have enough strength to move themselves. In the future we may have stronger robots, but I believe the strong robots will be dumb, and the smart robots will be weak.
